The Chancellor/Education Swap

There is one more form of organized crime at an education level I wanted to tell people about. I have a bachelor’s degree, and two masters degrees. I am a very education person and I have written over 5 books.

The new thing I am learning about is the “Chancellor Swap.” College chancellors make between $100,000-$200,000 a year. People are letting people they know slide into chancellor positions because they feel like this is an easy job to work and that a PHD or master’s degree is not even needed at times. Even worse than the chancellor swap is the elementary teacher swap, high school teacher swap and the college professor swap. In the elementary teacher swap, once the school year has started an unqualified uneducated person will take over the classroom. Too many times the kids end up uneducated and sometimes hurt or molested because the person involved in the teacher swap is a criminal.

The chancellor/college president swap is the worse one because these people feel like these high paying jobs are hard to get through an interview process but by paying someone money or providing them with drugs or sex favors, they can put who they want in these positions.
